Lil’ Kim got pulled over last night in New York when she decided to take her Lamborghini for a spin without license plates or a driver’s license.
Kim was driving on the West Side of Manhattan and went to fill her tank, when cops noticed that she didn’t have a plate. They also discovered that Kim didn’t have a driver’s license either. Still, the rapperista wasn’t detained by cops, and her lawyer came to the rescue, picking her up — and driving away in the Lambo.
The NYPD confirmed that Jones was stopped, but didn’t say whether she was ticketed for driving without a license.

Britney Spears plans to appear Sept. 9 on the MTV Video Music Awards, where “Mindfreak” magician Criss Angel will use his best illusions to try to conjure up a comeback for her.
Angel will guide Spears in and out of a series of mirrors, making it seem as though she vanishes and then reappears several times, a source told the Daily News yesterday. Other dancers in the complicated number are being called upon to harness up for simulated flight, the source said.
Owen Wilson did not suffer a drug overdose on Sunday (Aug. 26) but he was taking anti-depressants, the actor’s attorney tells.
Media outlets had speculated that he was also found with an empty bottle of pills beside him, but the attorney said he was not aware of any drugs, other than anti-depressants, being in Wilson’s system at the time of incident.
The Santa Monica City Attorney’s office has announced they will not release the 911 call made by Luke. “In reaching this decision the City believes that in many instances no person should have to worry about whether placing a call for emergency assistance will automatically make his or her medical request open to public review,” the City Attorney’s office said in a press release late Wednesday.
“In balancing the competing interests, the City agencies outweighs the public interest served by disclosure of the emergency 911 call. In situation such as this, the City concludes that the public is best served if medical attention is promptly sought instead of being delayed because of a concern, real or imagined, of public attention, regardless of whether that publicity is sympathetic or not.”

Two new Britney Spears songs have popped up online and they’re every bit as bad as you’d expect. According to The Sun, she opens her new song Cold As Fire with the lyrics:

You can listen for yourself here, but either way it’s bad. Like really really bad. Like so bad I thought it was a fake. I think they squeezed Britney until they got her voice as high up as it is, and then pulled some random people off the subway and made them backup singers. And Britney’s next single Gimme More (listen here) opens with the lyrics:

Ooh, sassy. I don’t know about you, but this Britney character sounds like she’s got a lot of attitude. Man, I bet she also smokes and wears sunglasses indoors. She’s so cool.
