On Tuesday, Rita Cosby’s scandalous book about Anna Nicole Smith, Blonde Ambition — which is rumored to claim that Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern were involved in some unsavory financial dealings concerning Danielynn — will land in bookstores. And OK! magazine is expected to print excerpts from the book. Larry told TMZ.com that he plans to sue any outlet which publishes parts of the book.
But 24Sizzler.com has exclusively learned that Ron Rale, the attorney for Anna Nicole Smith’s estate, also plans to sue any outlets — particularly TV networks — which air inteviews with Cosby and report on the book’s contents. In fact, 24Sizzler.com has learned that Rale has already begun warning entertainment TV programs not to feature Cosby on Tuesday — or else they’ll be sued.
